English: Yesterday I woke up at a quarter to seven in the morning because my phone alarm went off. Then I turned the alarm off and got up. I had chocolate cereal for breakfast and drank a cup of milk with ColaCao. After breakfast, I brushed my teeth with my toothbrush and mint-flavored toothpaste. I also washed my face.

1:00 — Working from home and making lunch

Spanish: Después empecé a trabajar. Yo trabajo desde casa y es muy cómodo, porque no tengo que ir en coche ni en autobús ni en metro a ningún sitio. Incluso puedo trabajar en pijama. A las dos de la tarde, la hora del almuerzo, me preparé la comida, cociné. Hice una tortilla de espinacas en la sartén y me la comí mientras veía una serie en la tele. Después de comer, fregué los platos.
English: Then I started working. I work from home, and it’s very convenient because I don’t have to drive anywhere or take a bus or the metro. I can even work in my pajamas. At two in the afternoon, lunchtime, I made myself something to eat—I cooked. I made a spinach omelette in the frying pan and ate it while watching a series on TV. After eating, I washed the dishes.

English: After composing for a while, I exercised. I prefer going for a run and listening to music while I run, but because of the rain I chose to stay home and exercise on the yoga mat in my room. I exercised for fifteen minutes while listening to a podcast, then took a shower when I finished.
